Cox Radio, Inc. corporate policy requires that each exhibitor is required to provide proof of liability insurance to be able to exhibit in our shows. The information on the necessary policy limits and dates of coverage is all given below. Please contact us in the show office if you have any questions.

If you need to purchase insurance, see below for our preferred vendor arrangement with Rainprotection Insurance.

Once you have submitted your Online Order Form (Step 1), paid your deposit or full booth fee (Step 2) and either submitted and confirmed we received your certificate of liability insurance (COI) by the Event Coordinator or been approved by Rainprotection (Step 3) , your booth application will be completed.

Event Liability Insurance

As a standard requirement for all Cox Radio, Inc. show exhibitors, it’s necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is due by July 8, 2022 or within three business days of submitting a booth registration (if after July 8, 2022.) The COI must show:

as additional insureds or certificate holders. This insurance must be in force during the set up time thru event dates: July 19 - July 25, 2022. We must be in possession of BOTH the Cox Radio Inc and Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority COI's.

If you have existing coverage and only need to submit your certificates, your options are to either:
• Email to Lisa.Burkman@CMG.com (Preferred Method)
• Or, fax both certificates to 918-493-5357
• Or, mail both certificates to Cox Radio at the address above with "Attention Lisa Burkman" (Must be received in mail by July 8, 2022)

If you don't have business liability coverage and need to acquire liability insurance:

• We’ve again contracted with Rainprotection Insurance Company for coverage that meets all of our specifications, and it only costs $84 plus tax.

• Once you have been approved, Rainprotection will email a certificate to both of us.
